Aya Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Therapy/Rehabilitation professional for a 13‑week Home Health assignment in Virginia. You will join a team focused on delivering quality patient care in a flexible environment.

The role emphasizes bedside swallow evaluations, CVA management, and support for patients with hearing impairments or neurodevelopmental conditions. Charting will be conducted in EPIC and PointClickCare as part of daily duties.

Qualificações

• 1 year of experience in therapy/rehabilitation
• BLS certification required
• Experience with home health care and OASIS
• Proficient in EPIC and PointClickCare charting
