Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing, LLC seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Las Vegas, NV. The SLP will evaluate and treat communication and swallowing disorders, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold an SLP license, a CCC-SLP, and a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology; BLS is required. Travel benefits and strong clinical support are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid SLP license required by state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC) required.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with care teams.
• Ability to work in diverse patient populations across settings.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders using standardized assessments.
• Design personalized therapy plans based on evaluation findings and patient goals.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans; document in EMR.
• Educate patients and families on home exercises and safety practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Maintain a safe, compliant clinical environment following infection control protocols.
