Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in compliance with state regulations
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• CCC-SLP (ASHA) certification
• New graduates welcome; experience preferred; other certifications may be required

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders across ages.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessments and goals.
• Assess progress, adjust treatment plans, and document in the EMR.
• Educate patients and families on communication strategies and home exercises.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards during therapy sessions.
• Engage in quality assurance and professional development activities.
