Job summary

Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment in Bardstown, Kentucky. The role requires a Kentucky license, CCC-SLP, and BLS, with 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, across counties.

Start date is 09/14/2026. You will travel between Elizabethtown and Bardstown in a home health setting, delivering patient-centered care and documenting progress with compliance to ASHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Valid Kentucky license required at submission; active licensure before start date.
• CCC-SLP certification through ASHA is required.
• BLS (AHA) certification is required.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in speech-language pathology.

Responsibilities

• Provide 40 hours/week of speech therapy in home health across multiple counties.
• Deliver patient-centered services in Bardstown and surrounding areas.
• Travel between counties; manage caseload and documentation.
• Follow department protocols and orientation guidance.
