Job summary

Soliant is seeking a traveling Speech-Language Pathologist to join a full-time assignment near Waller, Texas. The role focuses on delivering school-based services to elementary students, with both on-campus and one remote day per week.

This position offers non-taxable stipends, travel assistance, and comprehensive benefits. You will work within a supportive school team, collaborating with teachers and families to implement IEPs and ensure high-quality therapy across hybrid settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current SLP-CCC or eligibility for CFY.
• Experience in pediatric settings, especially with elementary-aged children.
• Texas state licensure or willingness to obtain.
• Skilled in school-based SLP services (screenings, assessments, IEPs).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary-aged students.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to design and implement IEPs.
• Deliver services in both in-person and hybrid formats.
• Maintain thorough documentation according to school and district requirements.
• Provide support and guidance to students to encourage progress.
