Job summary

Soliant in the Navasota, TX area invites a dedicated Travel Speech-Language Pathologist to support approximately 90 elementary students with on-site and teletherapy services, enjoying premium compensation, non-taxable stipends, and comprehensive benefits.

You will partner with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to assess needs, develop individualized plans, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings, while exploring Texas culture and travel opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid Texas state licensure or eligibility.
• CCC-SLP or CFY status.
• Onsite and/or teletherapy (VOCO) delivery capability.
• Experience with elementary caseloads preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy to ~90 elementary students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and MDTs to support student success.
• Maintain detailed documentation and participate in IEP meetings.
• Adapt practices for onsite and virtual delivery as needed.
