The shift is 5 days per week, 8.5 hours per day (08:00–16:30) in a skilled nursing facility setting. The role requires WV licensure or eligibility, a Master’s degree in SLP, and ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.

• Monitor progress, adjust plans, and document outcomes.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and discharge planning.
• Ensure safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance.

• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds; collaborate on discharge planning and caregiver/patient education
• Ensure adherence to safety, infection control, and facility policies; maintain compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements

• Active state license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in West Virginia or eligibility for licensure
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certification per professional standards (ASHA CCC-SLP preferred or equivalent)
• Relevant clinical experience in acute care or skilled nursing settings is preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a skilled nursing facility environment and demonstrate strong teamwork and communication
