You will join an interdisciplinary team, provide skilled speech therapy services, and ensure care plans align with physician orders. Candidates must be SLP-CCC with current licensure or in process and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited program in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current state licensure as an SLP or in the licensure process.
• Current CPR certification.

• Provide skilled speech therapy services per physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate and modify care to meet goals.
• Candidate must hold SLP-CCC credential.

Requirements include:
