Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a contract assignment in Overland Park, Kansas. The role is a SNF/LTC setting, with a 13-week duration and 40 hours per week on a daily 8-hour shift.

This travel position requires an SLP-CCC, current state licensure or licensure in progress, and CPR certification. You will work within an interdisciplinary team to provide skilled therapy, adhering to physician orders and patient goals.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as an SLP or in process for licensure in the current state.
• Current CPR certification.
• Work within an interdisciplinary team to develop a plan of care for each patient.
• Provide skilled speech therapy services/interventions per physician orders.
• Assesses patient needs, plans, evaluates and modifies care for goals of speech therapy.
• Set realistic goals for patients to develop communication and swallowing skills.
• Candidate must be an SLP-CCC.
