Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Speech Language Pathologist for a travel job in Tucson, Arizona.

Position Overview

Join our travel Speech‑Language Pathology team and apply your expertise in a skilled nursing facility in Tucson, AZ. You will assess and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders for sub‑acute rehabilitation patients. You will develop personalized treatment plans, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and maintain accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat speech, language, cognitive‑communication, and dysphagia in a skilled nursing or long‑term care setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate patients and families about treatment and self‑management.
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical record systems.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year and current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech‑Language Pathology (ASHA) or equivalent.
• Active Arizona SLP state license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Strong communication and interdisciplinary teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel SLP experience.
• Experience with documentation systems used in skilled nursing settings.

Assignment Details

• Start Date: 06/15/2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Hourly Commitment: 40 hours per week (8 hours per shift)
• Shift: 8-hour shift.
• Float Required: No.
• Employment Type: Travel.
