Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is actively seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Tazewell, Virginia. The SLP will evaluate and treat communication and swallowing disorders, working 40 hours per week with a daytime shift, and start ASAP.

Qualifications

• Valid SLP license per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred.
• Experience welcome; new grads may apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
• Design personalized therapy programs based on evaluations.
• Document progress in the EMR.
• Educate patients and families on home practice.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain a safe, infection-controlled environment.
• Engage in quality improvement and professional development.
• Perform other duties within scope of practice.
