Job summary

Medical Talent is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment in Tazewell, Virginia. The role requires 40 hours per week, dayshift, with 8-hour shifts.

You will provide speech, language, and swallowing therapy, perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document services in compliance with regulations. Requires MS/MA in SLP and CCC-SLP or CFY eligibility, plus state licensure.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA).
• Current state SLP license and CCC-SLP or CFY eligibility.
• Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and update individualized treatment/discharge plans
• Document services in compliance with regulations and facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families
• Maintain compliance with all infection control and safety protocols
