Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment in Burkeville, VA. The role requires licensure, current BLS, and CCC-SLP with path to Virginia licensure, starting ASAP.

The SLP will evaluate and treat communication and swallowing disorders across ages, collaborating with a clinical team. Travel benefits, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license as per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Master's degree or higher in Speech Language Pathology preferred.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred.
• SLP experience welcome for travel role.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain documentation in EMR and track progress.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy strategies.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Maintain safe, infection-controlled treatment environments.
