Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Redding, CA. The role offers 40 hours per week, a 8-hour shift, and a travel employment type with start date 10/05/2026.

The SLP will evaluate and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders, develop therapy plans, and collaborate with clinical teams to improve patient outcomes. Licensure, BLS, and CCC-SLP are required or preferred per qualifications.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license must be in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC) required.
• Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology and CCC-SLP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders.
• Design and implement individualized therapy programs.
• Maintain detailed documentation in the EMR and track patient progress.
• Educate patients and families on strategies and home exercises.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
