Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Redding, CA. You'll evaluate and treat communication and swallowing disorders, with a focus on individualized therapy plans and patient education.

You will work 40 hours weekly, start 10/05/2026, and join a supportive clinical team, with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits. Travel experience is valued but new grads are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in CA per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Preferred CCC-SLP certification and advanced degree.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders across ages.
• Develop individualized therapy plans based on assessments and goals.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Document in the EMR with accuracy and timeliness.
• Educate patients and caregivers on strategies and home exercises.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards.
