Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Kalamazoo, MI. The role involves evaluating and treating communication and swallowing disorders, working with a clinical team, and providing patient- and family-centered care.

The ideal candidate holds an MS/SLP degree, a Michigan license, and current BLS. CCC-SLP is preferred; travel therapy with comprehensive benefits is offered by Fusion.

Qualifications

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of Michigan
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or higher
• CCC-SLP credential preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders across all ages
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on evaluations
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Document patient progress in EMR with accuracy
• Educate patients and families on therapies and home exercises
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
