Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Westland, Michigan. This role offers 40 hours per week, daytime shifts, and the opportunity to work with a dedicated clinical team.

Qualified candidates will hold a state SLP license and current BLS certification. Preferred candidates have a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology and CCC-SLP. All travel benefits and licensure support are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid State license as Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology preferred.
• CCC-SLP credential preferred.
• SLP experience beneficial; new grads considered.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized therapy plans based on evaluations and goals.
• Document progress in EMR and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients and families on home exercises and strategies.
• Ensure infection control and patient safety during therapy sessions.
