Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Westernport, MD. The SLP will evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders across all ages, using evidence-based practices and collaborative care.

The position requires a valid SLP license, BLS certification, and a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Travel therapy with comprehensive benefits is provided by Fusion Medical Staffing.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat communication and swallowing disorders across age groups.
• Develop individualized therapy plans based on evaluations and goals.
• Document progress and maintain accurate EMR records.
• Educate patients and families on therapy strategies and home exercises.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
