Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Speech-Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment in Waldorf, Maryland. The role offers a dynamic setting with opportunities to impact patient care and collaborate with a dedicated clinical team.

This travel position requires Maryland licensure, BLS, and a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology with CCC-SLP preferred. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits accompany a 40-hour work week, dayshift, and travel support.

Qualifications

• Active SLP license valid in Maryland.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology and CCC-SLP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders.
• Design and implement individualized therapy plans based on evaluations.
• Monitor progress and document in the EMR with accuracy.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards during therapy.
