Soliant is seeking a Travel Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in Wilmington, Delaware. You'll conduct evaluations, develop IEP-aligned plans, and deliver therapy in both individual and small group settings.

Work with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster communication and language development, ensuring guaranteed hours and recruiter support throughout your assignment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Delaware SLP License.
• ASHA CCC-SLP.
• Previous school-based experience preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success.
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning.
