Soliant is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join a Wilmington, DE school for the 2026/2027 year. This full-time contract role supports a diverse caseload and collaborates with teachers and families to enhance communication skills in the educational setting.

You will conduct assessments, develop IEPs, provide direct therapy and consultations, and maintain thorough documentation in line with district and state requirements, with compensation of $50-$55 per hour.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology and CCC are required.
• Delaware licensure or eligibility is required.
• Experience in a school setting is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills are essential.
