Job summary

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for a full-time, school-based travel assignment in a waterfront Maryland community. You will conduct evaluations, develop IEP-based plans, and deliver therapy to students across the school setting.

PDS offers customized travel compensation with housing, meals, per diems, travel stipends, or local rate options, plus mentorship and licensure support to help you succeed on assignment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Active ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
• Maryland SLP license or eligibility (PDS will assist with licensing).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on student IEPs/504 plans.
• Deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy services.
• Maintain detailed documentation of student progress.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams.
