This temp-to-hire position offers a base hourly rate and benefits upon direct hire. A valid driver’s license, tools experience, and OSHA 10 are preferred. The role requires deployment across multiple sites and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience installing solar PV systems on commercial structures.
• Proficient use of basic hand and power tools.
• Fall protection training and use of fall arrest equipment.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Active Driver’s License with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, and maintain Solar PV systems for commercial customers.
• Map component placement from diagrams and seal systems against weather.
• Lead by Lead Installer to conduct testing and implement remediation as directed.
• Assist in building systems per construction drawings.
• Label, wire, and terminate electrical connections accurately.
• Maintain safe, organized job sites and comply with safety regulations.
