Health Wealth Safe, Inc. seeks a Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant to support patients recovering from injuries or illnesses.

You will work under a licensed Physical Therapist to enhance mobility, comfort, and activity levels in diverse SNF settings nationwide. The ideal candidate holds an Associate degree in Physical Therapy, an active state license, and ideally BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state Physical Therapy license.
• BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered therapy services in SNF.
• Support rehabilitation goals for each patient.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams in a skilled nursing environment.
