Job summary

Health, Inc is seeking a Travel Skilled Nursing Facility Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to support patients across multiple locations. Under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will help improve mobility, reduce pain, and boost daily activity as patients recover in diverse SNF settings.

Ideal candidates hold an accredited associate degree in Physical Therapy, an active state license, SNF experience, and may need BLS certification.

Qualifications
