Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant

Responsibilities

Provide treatment services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to improve patient mobility, strength, and function. Implement treatment plans, monitor patient progress, collaborate with the care team, and maintain accurate documentation in line with facility and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Active Kansas state PTA license, current BLS certification, with preferred prior SNF experience.
