Job summary

Critical Connection, Inc. is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a position in Scituate, Massachusetts. This role is ideal for clinicians who appreciate 1:1 patient care and aim to promote mobility and independence among patients.

Qualifications

• Active (or pending) state PT license required.
• SNF experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery.
• Develop and update individualized plans of care (POC).
• Provide 1:1 skilled therapy to primarily Medicare patients.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Educate patients and families on mobility, safety, and recovery.
