Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a SNF assignment in Thomas, West Virginia. This 13-week travel role requires 40 hours per week and daytime shifts, starting 10/26/2026.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology with CFY and CCC-SLP, and an active state license. BLS may be required; prior SNF experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Completed CFY and current CCC-SLP credential from ASHA.
• Active State License to start the assignment.
• BLS certification may be required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services in SNF setting.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders.
• Collaborate with therapy team to develop treatment plans.
