The ideal candidate holds a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology with CFY and CCC-SLP, and an active state license. BLS may be required; prior SNF experience is preferred.

• Completed CFY and current CCC-SLP credential from ASHA.
• Active State License to start the assignment.
• BLS certification may be required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care.

• Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders.
• Collaborate with therapy team to develop treatment plans.

• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care
