Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 12-week assignment in Dallas, Texas. The SLP will assess and treat patients with speech, language and swallowing disorders, following physician orders, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate holds CCCs, a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, current SLP licensure, CPR certification, and at least one year of experience.

Qualifications

• Current state license as an SLP or in process for licensure.
• At least one year of professional working experience.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current CPR certification.
• CCC's required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled speech therapy services in accordance with physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan for, evaluate and modify care to meet goals of speech therapy interventions.
• Set realistic and achievable goals for patients to develop or recover communication and swallowing skills.
