Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week travel assignment in San Leandro, CA. The role involves evaluating and treating communication and swallowing disorders, with a focus on patient-centered goals and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Experience or CCC-SLP credentials are preferred if available.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders across ages.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on evaluations.
• Maintain documentation in EMR and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and home exercises.
