Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Boaz, Alabama. The SLP will evaluate and treat communication and swallowing disorders, create individualized therapy plans, and collaborate with a healthcare team across multiple settings.

Qualifications

Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license per state regulations
Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)

Responsibilities

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders across ages
Design and implement individualized therapy plans
Document progress in EMR and maintain records
Educate patients and families on strategies and home exercises
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
Maintain safe, infection-controlled treatment environment
Engage in ongoing professional development
