Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based travel assignment in Pataskala, OH. The clinician will perform student evaluations and provide therapy services in accordance with the individualized plan of care.

Active SLP licensure in Ohio is required; CCC-SLP is preferred. CPR and health documentation may be required. Competitive weekly pay and travel health benefits are included, with compliance to state regulations.

Qualifications

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure in the state of assignment
• CCC-SLP preferred and may be required by state/contract
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Speech-Language Pathologist in the school setting performs student evaluations and provides therapy services in accordance with the plan of care and physician orders.
