This role emphasizes comprehensive care, detailed documentation, and ongoing assessment to track progress.

Responsibilities

• Document evaluations, treatments, progress notes, care plans, and interdisciplinary interactions.
• Evaluate clients and develop a treatment plan that will meet their needs
• SLP observe and reassess client progress and prepare detailed reports accordingly
• Initiate diagnostic, preventive, and rehabilitative procedures as appropriate to the patient's care and safety
