We are seeking Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, evaluate residents with speech, language, and swallowing disorders, and develop comprehensive intervention plans.

Qualifications

• Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) collaborate with other disciplines to develop interventions and treatment plans.
• SLP evaluates and treats residents with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documentation of evaluations, treatments, progress notes, and care plans is required.

Responsibilities

• Document evaluations, treatments, progress notes, care plans, and interdisciplinary interactions.
• Evaluate clients and develop a treatment plan that will meet their needs.
• SLP observe and reassess client progress and prepare detailed reports accordingly.
• Initiate diagnostic, preventive, and rehabilitative procedures as appropriate to the patient's care and safety.
