Job summary

FullShift Staffing is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for skilled nursing facility assignments. You will evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders, and develop individualized treatment plans.

We welcome both new grads and experienced SLPs who thrive in a supportive team, with options for 13-week contracts or permanent placement. Licensure and CCC-SLP preferred; BLS/CPR required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Active Speech-Language Pathology License in the state of employment (or ability to obtain) – New grads welcome!
• CCC-SLP certificate preferred
• Current BLS/CPR Certification (or ability to obtain)
• Current TB test/results
• Current physical stating fit for duty (within past year)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Assess and monitor patient progress, adjusting interventions as needed
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
