Job summary

Mobile Health Team Inc. seeks experienced Speech and Language Pathologists (SLP) for a 13-week Long Term Care travel assignment in Purcell, OK. Start date 10/19/2026; position involves screening, evaluation, therapy and discharge planning with compliance to ASHA and state rules.

Requires CCC-certified SLP, Oklahoma SLP license, active ASHA/State licensure and BLS. Benefits include weekly pay and support from a dedicated recruiter; relocation or extensions may be available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of SLP experience
• CCC-certified SLP
• OK State License required
• New grads eligible with Level II experience
• BLS certification required
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently under pressure

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate and treat patients with communication, cognitive or swallowing disorders and create plans of care.
• Use standardized assessments and evidence-based practice to guide interventions.
• Document progress and adjust treatments in the clinical record per regulations.
• Provide counseling to patients and families regarding speech disorders.
• Communicate with supervisors and health team about progress and plans.
• Prepare discharge summaries meeting regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records in the system.
• Participate in meetings and trainings as required.
• Able to supervise CFYs or student SLPs when needed.
