Job summary

Medical Talent is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment in Conway, Arkansas. The clinician will provide evaluation, treatment planning, and therapy for speech, language, and swallowing disorders in accordance with state and facility guidelines.

Responsibilities include screenings, developing discharge plans, and collaborating with care teams. Licensure and CCC-SLP eligibility are required; 40 hours/week, days shift, travel position.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA).
• Current state SLP license and CCC-SLP or CFY eligibility is required or pending.
• Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings and treatments for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans.
• Document services in compliance with regulations and facility standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families.
• Maintain compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
