Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment in Conway, AR. The SLP will evaluate and treat communication and swallowing disorders, deliver evidence-based therapy, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements include AR SLP license and current BLS; Master’s degree preferred with CCC-SLP. Travel role with competitive pay and full benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Valid SLP license for state of Arkansas
• Current BLS certification
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology preferred
• CCC-SLP or willingness to obtain may be preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech and swallowing disorders across ages
• Develop individualized treatment plans and document progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and caregivers
• Educate patients and families on communication strategies and home exercises
• Ensure infection control and safety during therapy sessions
