Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist for a 13‑week travel assignment in Conway, AR. The SLP will evaluate and treat communication and swallowing disorders across age groups, collaborating with a clinical team in a travel setting.

Requirements include a state SLP license and BLS certification; a Master's degree and CCC-SLP are preferred. New graduates are welcome to apply and travel compensation is offered along with benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid SLP license per state regulations
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• Master’s degree or higher in Speech Language Pathology
• Current CCC-SLP preferred; certifications/licensure may be required

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders across diverse patient populations
• Design personalized therapy programs based on evaluation findings and patient goals
• Maintain detailed documentation in the EMR
• Educate patients and families on communication strategies and home exercises
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care
• Maintain infection control and safety standards during therapy sessions
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices
• Perform other duties as assigned
