Job summary

AMN Healthcare Allied is seeking a Speech/Language Pathologist – Clinical Fellowship School for a contract travel assignment in Wilmington, Delaware. The SLP will work with students to deliver comprehensive speech and language services, develop IEPs, and collaborate with teachers and families.

Requires Master’s Degree in SLP, State SLP license, and CF-SLP eligibility. Prior school-based experience is preferred; strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP) or related field.
• State SLP License in State of Residence.
• Experience in School settings, Early Childhood, or Pediatrics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) with goals for students with speech and language needs.
• Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
• Monitor and document student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary; train teachers and staff on therapy strategies.
