Job summary

Princeton Staffing Solutions seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP or CF-SLP) for a school-based travel assignment in New Castle, Delaware. This in-person role serves an elementary setting with a 37.5-hour workweek across 38 weeks, starting as soon as cleared to start and ending in the 2026-2027 school year.

Responsibilities include evaluations, IEP participation, direct therapy, and collaboration with teachers and families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active Delaware SLP license, Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellow (CF‑SLP) provisional license, or eligibility for DE licensure.
• CCC‑SLP preferred; CF‑SLP are welcome and experience with IEPs is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and comprehensive assessments.
• Complete Medicaid billing (if applicable).
• Maintain therapy schedules and service logs.
• Participate as a related service provider in IEP meetings.
• Develop measurable IEP goals aligned with student needs.
• Provide direct therapy services (individual and group).
• Deliver services across speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and pragmatic communication.
• Maintain compliance documentation and progress monitoring.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families.
• Support AAC implementation and consultation when appropriate.
