Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for an assignment in Richmond, Virginia. The role involves assessing and treating patients with speech, language, and swallowing difficulties on a 13-week travel assignment.

Requirements include current SLP licensure, CCCs, Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, CPR certification, and at least one year of experience. The position offers 40 hours weekly, 10-hour shifts, and travel reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP or in process for licensure.
• At least one year of professional working experience.
• CPR certification.
• CCC's (Certificate of Clinical Competence).
• Must have CCC's and stay compliant with client facility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled speech therapy services according to physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate, and modify care for speech therapy goals.
• Set realistic goals to develop or recover communication and swallowing skills.
