AAA Oregon/Idaho is seeking a Travel Services Support Desk teammate to join our Travel Administration team at our downtown Portland headquarters. The role provides technical, operational, and system support enabling travel agents to serve members efficiently.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of travel industry, reservation operations, travel technology, systems support, or related experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of a GDS and travel reservation platforms; Sabre experience preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting system, access, configuration, transaction, or workflow issues.
• Strong organizational, communication, documentation, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to investigate issues, determine appropriate resolutions, and respond effectively.
• Ability to communicate technical and operational information to employees with varying levels of system knowledge.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, maintain accurate records, and ensure consistent follow-through.
• Demonstrated professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion when handling confidential information.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with employees, leaders, internal departments, and external partners.
• Commitment to continuous learning and adapting to new systems, technologies, and processes.
