Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP) or related field.
• Colorado Department of Education Special Services Provider License (CDE SSP).
• CCC from ASHA preferred; Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply.
• Experience in school setting, early childhood, or pediatrics.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse educators, parents, and community.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
• Develop and implement IEPs with goals for students with speech and language needs.
• Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide training and resources to teachers and staff on effective strategies to integrate speech therapy goals into the classroom environment.
