Job summary

Amergis Staffing is seeking a School Speech-Language Pathologist for a travel assignment in Tonopah, AZ. The role involves performing student evaluations and delivering therapy services in alignment with each student's plan of care and physician orders.

Requirements include active SLP licensure in the assignment state, CCC-SLP preferred (may be required by state/contract), current CPR if applicable, health certificate per contract or state regulation, and meeting all regulatory standards;

Qualifications

• Active SLP licensure in the state of assignment.
• CCC-SLP preferred and may be required by state/contract.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB questionnaire/PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current health certificate per contract or state regulation.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Perform student evaluations.
• Provide and document therapy services.
• Follow the plan of care for each student.
• Adhere to physician's orders.
