Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a School Occupational Therapist to evaluate students, develop and provide therapy services, and document care per each student''s plan. This is a travel assignment in a school setting in Brooksville, FL, working 37.5 hours per week for a pay rate of $2,242 per week.

Applicants must hold a valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice and meet applicable health requirements; CPR and health certificates may be required.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of practice is required.
• One year of prior professional Occupational Therapy experience preferred.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice.
• CPR certification is required where applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate per contract or state regulation.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Perform student evaluations.
• Develop and provide therapy services for students.
• Document services in accordance with each student''s plan of care.
