Job summary

Amergis in Twentynine Palms, CA is seeking a School Occupational Therapist (OT) for travel assignments. You will perform student evaluations, develop and provide therapy services, and document care according to each plan of care.

The role requires active CA OT licensure, CPR where applicable, and strict adherence to professional standards. Expect 35 hours per week with a pay rate of $1,540 per week.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of practice
• One (1) year of prior professional Occupational Therapy experience preferred
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Performing student evaluations
• Developing and providing therapy services
• Documenting services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each student
