Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a travel opportunity in Illinois, focused on elementary students. This full-time position offers a pediatric school-based caseload, travel to nearby sites, and competitive compensation. You’ll collaborate with teachers and families, while documenting progress and developing IEPs.

Licensure in Illinois is required or eligible; SLP CCC preferred. Experience with healthcare or educational settings is a plus.

Qualifications

• SLP CCC or eligibility for CFY considered.
• Experience with school-based pediatric caseloads.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.
• Licensure (or eligibility) in Illinois as an SLP.
• Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered practice.
• Previous exposure to healthcare or educational settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech-language therapy to an elementary caseload (approximately 23 students).
• Serve students primarily in one building with travel to nearby locations.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families for student success.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans.
• 7.5-hour workday, typically 8:00–3:30, with flexible start depending on therapy schedule.
