Job summary

MVM, Inc. is seeking a Travel Analyst to coordinate travel and lodging for Field Safety Specialists, evaluating flight times and selecting cost-effective options.

You will manage bookings, itineraries, and related data entry in the scheduling system, ensuring timely and accurate travel support. The role requires flexibility to support a 24/7/365 operation, with a background in security or related fields and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with substitution option (high school diploma with 2+ years experience).
• At least two years of experience in security, law, social work, detention, corrections, or similar field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel for Field Safety Specialists.
• Book flights, lodging and ground transportation with contractor.
• Enter travel requests into Scheduling System and create work orders.
• Communicate travel requirements to Field Safety Specialists.
